| For the first time in Russia Independent ðåéòèíãîâîå agency " ÐåéòÎÐ " has lead(carried out) large-scale research of interaction of formation(education) and a labour market in all subjects of federation Privolzhskogo of federal district. " System of public estimations of professional qualities of graduates of high schools as applicants for a labour market " agency " ÐåéòÎÐ " will promulgate results of research at press conference February, 7, 2006 at 11-00 in assembly hall Âÿòñêîãî of the state university. All interested parties(sides) are invited: representatives of Department of formation(education), the device of the Main federal inspector, heads of high schools, representatives of employers, the student's and youth organizations, representatives of MASS-MEDIA. Experts of agency will present: The description of high schools of district eyes of students and employers, Professional portraits of graduates, Requirements of employers to graduates, Branch the competence, Ratings of high schools of district on directions of preparation mechanical engineering, power, telecommunications and communication(connection), management and economy, gas and petrochemistry. Uniqueness of approach "ÐåéòÎÐà" is, that each high school is characterized not by one, and set of ratings depending on target groups and directions of preparation. Research has captured 53 high schools (state and private(individual)) in 19 cities of the Volga region. In questioning participated: 802 employers, 3 161 undergraduate, 584 teachers. By results of research Âÿòñêèé the state university borrows(occupies) leading positions in ÏÔÎ on preparation of experts for branches: information technologies and communication(connection), the oil-and-gas industry, power. The public estimation of quality of formation(education) is carried out(spent) with use of the methodological device in which development "ÐåéòÎÐ" involved leading experts ÂÖÈÎÌ, Institute of philosophy and the right of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Science, ÃÓ ÂØÝ. Analytical processing of materials of research was carried out(spent) by experts "ÐåéòÎÐ" at participation of the Centre of strategic researches ÏÔÎ, Inter-regional Association of monitoring and statistics of formation(education), ÂÖÈÎÌ, representatives of the companies of real sector of economy Ïðèâîëæñêîãî and Central federal districts, and also agencies in the field of marketing and sociological researches (in Kirov researches were carried out(spent) by experts of the Centre of administrative consultation "ÍÅÎ-SYNTHESIS" - the regional centre of System MMTS). Agency " ÐåéòÎÐ " is created in March 2005ã. with the purpose of system engineering public estimations of quality of formation(education) for ðàíæèðîâàíèÿ high schools. In June, 2005 the Agency has presented ratings of conducting Moscow high schools which were widely discussed by the interested community. Since September, 2005 realizes the all-Russian project " Quality of the Russian formation(education) " on districts of the Russian Federation. Researches "ÐåéòÎÐà" are recognized as the Ministry of Education and sciences as the claimed Ministries supplementing to the full an official rating. |
